By accessing or using the Parallax Collaborative platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Parallax Collaborative is a private, physician-led career development platform that combines AI coaching, community, and career tooling. Access is limited to licensed healthcare professionals and vetted members.
Members are expected to maintain professional conduct consistent with healthcare standards. Harassment, promotion of unverified medical claims, or misrepresentation of credentials will result in immediate removal.
Parallax operates under a strict confidentiality framework. Community discussions are private to members. You may not share, screenshot, or distribute content from other members without explicit consent.
The AI coaching features (including Dr. Steve) are for career development purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. AI outputs should be reviewed critically and not acted upon without professional judgment.
Content you create on the platform remains yours. You grant Parallax a limited license to display your content to other members. Parallax's proprietary content, methodology, and AI systems are protected by intellectual property law.
Parallax reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment of applicable fees, or conduct deemed harmful to the community.
