Parallax Collaborative is a private, physician-led career development platform that combines AI coaching, community, and career tooling. Access is limited to licensed healthcare professionals and vetted members.
3. Professional Standards
Members are expected to maintain professional conduct consistent with healthcare standards. Harassment, promotion of unverified medical claims, or misrepresentation of credentials will result in immediate removal.
4. Privacy and Confidentiality
Parallax operates under a strict confidentiality framework. Community discussions are private to members. You may not share, screenshot, or distribute content from other members without explicit consent.
5. AI Services
The AI coaching features are for career development purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. AI outputs should be reviewed critically and not acted upon without professional judgment.
6. Intellectual Property
Content you create on the platform remains yours. You grant Parallax a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content to provide the Service and to use your content to train and improve Parallax models as described in our Privacy Policy. Parallax's proprietary content, methodology, and AI systems are protected by intellectual property law.
7. Termination
Parallax reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment of applicable fees, or conduct deemed harmful to the community.
